We have so much energy and our unique talents, but most of the times we fail to acknowledge them.
Sometimes due to sheer ignorance, and other times due to lack of time management. Procrastination is a habit which eats away our time and leads to gradual stress build up.

We get caught in a cycle of stress and overload of work. The tasks that we have in hand are not so much demanding as we make them. If we do our work on time a lot of time is saved for relaxation and recreational activities.
